What Sin brought forth...

Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. James 1:15...

 I'm so overwhelmed... if we could truly see all the pain and hurt sin causes, the broken homes, the lives shattered, If we could only realize what our country is flooded with, we are being destroyed from within..our homes may be standing solid from the outside, but they are crumbling from within. This weekend my heart has been so heavy for the future of our children, the homes that are so mixed up, and tangled with deep sin there is little hope in these homes, and less happiness for our young generation growing up without a Godly parent, without someone to care, and most importantly without our loving Saviour.

Do you realize just in my little Southern town, less than 2% of our kids are growing up with a Mom and Dad that love them, and raise them together, much less bring them to church and teach them about a God in Heaven that loves them.We seem to care more about fixing our government and our economy, more than we do raising Godly families, rescuing souls from the captivity of sin, and reviving churches. While we are focusing on the next stock market crash, or how to solve America's problems on some forum, little kids are being neglected, left to raise themselves, learning to fight just to survive in their homes, dieing without ever knowing someone really loves them....

Sin is what's destroying this country, Sin is what's ruined generations, Sin is what's tearing apart your family. I know it for proof is all around me, I've looked it dead in the face, and I know the ONLY hope is Jesus Christ!..and for some of us to get good and tired of letting sin bind us and hold us down, and be the one to break that generational sin, be the one to go to Jesus live for Him, stand when everyone else falls, and to raise a Godly family for Him!

We have the hope, we have the answer, we have the promise,we have Jesus.. but who are we sharing it with? Oh I don't know I'm just convinced these are definitely the days we must pray without ceasing..Because like some Great man of God said.. we are tempted without ceasing. Sin is beating hard upon the shore, but greater is He that is in us, than he that is in the world...and He has the power to Turn the tide! I still believe God can!!
