A Little Tired Of These Guys......

Yep, I'm just getting a little tired of these guys showing up at my door..........lol.

I know that God's best for me will come in His timing, But the ''Frog''Princes are really starting to stack up...

But I'm saving my kiss, for the real Prince....

My sister Jennifer gave her testimony in Children's church, her last Sunday before she was married. We have mostly girls, so we wanted them to hear about How God had given Jennifer her prince, and how she had saved her first kiss, and kept herself pure just for her future husband...of course the boys didn't want to hear any princess story, But they need to learn about saving their kiss for that one girl too.

Anyway she read the book The Princess and the Kiss, by Jenny Bishop....and then told how she had done the same thing. Sadly some of our little girls have already given their first kiss away, it's a rare and precious thing...to be pure, and especially to have saved that first kiss!

Some of the kids were little and giggled, and the boys were trying to act tough....lol But to those kids that maybe didn't realize how special a first kiss truly is, Jennifer told them that it's not too late...You can still promise God that you will keep yourself pure, that from that day forward you will save your kiss for that man you marry....Oh how I pray that it will sink into these kids, that they will marry Godly young men, and sweet Godly young ladies.

Jennifer has given her first kiss away now, to a Good, Godly, Strong, Prince....who had something very special to offer her in return....His very first kiss! That day at the marriage altar, they took each others hands, and for the very first time shared a kiss....It was such a special moment....Jennifer and Jonathan kept their selves for each other, and they honored God, and their Parents, and kept a promise.

Jennifer had her share of ''frogs'' come along who offered this and that....But I know she is glad now that she waited for her real Prince Charming....and she has been an example I want to follow....I want to stand at the altar, just as she did with all my love to offer my husband, with my first kiss just for him!

God has someone made just for you, don't get side-tracked by a flattering tongue, and a handsome face, or a sweet little giggle, and a cute little smile....Wait on the Lord, to bring His best into your life...ya know the devil's best may not be some worldly wicked person, it may look good, feel good, and maybe perfectly fine in your eyes....But don't except it because it's the only thing you see at that moment, The devil knows God's best is right around the corner, and He'll do whatever it takes to distract you from waiting....

Maybe you're like me and think well I've seen enough of the Devil's best, when is God's best gonna come around that corner??? God sees and knows everything, even the things you can not see, and do not know....right? He is watching you and your future mate...He knows when you will need each other most, when He will get all the Praise and honor from your relationship. God's timing may not always be ours, But it's best!

But don't think God is making you suffer, Our Heavenly Father loves us!! and is sooo Good to us, and all we have to do is talk to Him, ask Him, He can't ignore His children....one more example of that, my sister Jennifer yes wanted to find the love of her life, desired to be a wife and mother, the older she got she did begin to wonder if he would ever come, God didn't send her a man the moment she graduated....she did get few ''frog fellows'', But she knew God had someone better.... She waited, and she finally left it in God's hands, and she asked her Heavenly Father....because we should ask Him for things, He tells us to!

She asked Him one night, there was a certain guy that had ''sorta caught her eye''...if this guy could possible be the one, ''Could you please give him to me....for Christmas?'' of course ended it only if it's your will Lord.

Let me tell you how Good our God is, He heard my sister's prayer....gave her that guy...who is now her husband....at Christmas time....the very next day.....

God does care about us!!!! He cared enough to send my sister her prince charming as a Christmas present, He cared enough to give my Mama four little girls when she asked for a little baby, He cares enough to send little things to brighten up my day when I feel the least bit down.......He cared enough to send His son to die for all of us, to live among us, to pay our sin debt! Wow, what a mighty God we serve!!!!
